Common questions

How do I import media?
Choose an audio file from Files or select a video from Photos. AudioTrim extracts the selected video's soundtrack locally.
Which export formats are supported?
You can export an edited clip as M4A or WAV, then share it through the iOS share sheet.
How do free export credits work?
AudioTrim provides three free exports each day. Available credits are shown before export.
Do I have to watch an advertisement?
No. Rewarded advertisements are optional. Choosing Not Now closes the confirmation without requesting an ad.
When does an advertisement load?
The app does not request a rewarded advertisement at launch. A request begins only after you tap the rewarded-ad button and confirm Watch Now.
Why is no advertisement available?
Google does not always have an advertisement for every request, region, or device. Your existing credits are not changed, and you can try again later.
Why did the advertisement time out?
AudioTrim stops waiting after 70 seconds. Check your connection and try again later. A timed-out request does not remove credits.
Where are my files processed?
Imported media, waveform data, and edited exports remain on your device and are not uploaded to our own servers.
How do I remove local data?
Delete exported files from the app's history as needed. Deleting AudioTrim removes its remaining local app data.
