Common questions

Why does the app say "No Ad Available"?

Google does not always have an advertisement available for every request, region, or device. The timer and free sounds remain available, and you can try again later.
When does an advertisement load?

The app does not request an advertisement at launch. It requests one only after you tap "Watch Ad for a Premium Sound" and confirm with "Watch Now."
What is the reward?

After completing and closing the rewarded advertisement, you can choose one premium ambient sound for the current focus session.
Do I have to watch an advertisement?

No. You can select "Not Now" and continue using the focus timer and free ambient sounds.
Why did a premium sound reset?

The current rewarded sound is session-based. It resets when that focus session ends, after a reset, or when the app is relaunched.
Why is there no sound?

Check the app volume slider and your device volume. Background audio is supported while a sound is playing.
