Common questions

How do I solve a case?

Inspect the illustrated scene and select the three objects that do not belong. A case is complete after all three mistakes are found.
How do daily puzzle credits work?

You receive five free puzzle credits each day. Completing an optional rewarded advertisement adds ten puzzle credits for the current day.
Do I have to watch an advertisement?

No. Select "Not Now" to cancel. Free daily credits and all already available gameplay remain usable without watching an advertisement.
When does an advertisement load?

The App does not request an advertisement at launch. It requests one only after you tap "Add 10 Puzzles Today" and then confirm with "Watch Now."
Why does the App say "No Ad Available"?

Google does not always have an advertisement available for every request, region, or device. Free gameplay remains available, and you can try again later.
Why did an advertisement time out?

Check your connection and try again later. A failed or timed-out request does not remove free puzzle credits or block core gameplay.
When is the reward granted?

Ten puzzle credits are added only after Google confirms that the rewarded advertisement was completed. Closing an advertisement before qualification may not grant a reward.
